CAMHS Check out the “good advice” section, it provides easy to read information about conditions, as well as advice on how to improve your health and wellbeing.
Childline Free, confidential support available 24/7. Trained counsellors are available by telephone, email or through the 1-2-1 counsellor chat. Information, videos and advice available on a huge range of topics.
Child Bereavement UK Child Bereavement UK supports families when a child is facing bereavement.
Moodjuice Offers information and advice to young people experiencing troublesome thoughts, feelings and actions. From the site you can print off various self-help workbooks for support.
Report Harmful Content Helping everyone to report harmful content online.
Samaritans The Samaritans offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you.
SeeSaw Grief support for children and young people in Oxfordshire.
