Started my computing lesson today with a story... Once Upon A Time, during WW2, Bletchley Park, a man with an idea.... it was a great hook! Students then went on to learn to code in Python and creative visuals on MicroBits! https://t.co/jBbsDOtI2r

Feeder Schools

Aureus is the first mixed 11-16 school in Didcot, following a history of single sex education. We will work alongside St Birinus Boys’ School, Didcot Girls’ School and the Didcot UTC to serve the local community in secondary school choice.

You can find out more about the schools in Didcot here: https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/cms/schools/list/result/All%20types/Didcot

You can see the news about Aureus here: https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/cms/search/site/aureus

Our September 2017 cohort of Year 7s will come from 22 local and regional primary schools – we look forward to working with our feeder schools in supporting the Year 6s and their families in their transition to secondary school.
