Welcome to Aureus School

I am immensely proud to be the Headteacher of Aureus School. I have a passion for comprehensive education and I firmly believe that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed. My approach is driven by my belief in inclusive education and centred around high expectations of all students.

As the only co-educational comprehensive school in Didcot we have a fantastic student body whose range of attributes contribute to making Aureus School a vibrant community. I have the privilege to be working with a talented, dedicated and enthusiastic staff body who are passionate about inspiring our young people every single day, enabling them to thrive.

This week, all year groups have faced off against St. Birinus, and there is one final game today—the Year 10s will be playing at home after school. The Year 7s (pictured) achieved an impressive victory, winning 6-2 in their very first match yesterday and it was wonderful to see so many staff members cheering them on! Well done!
