Students experience life at sixth form
We were delighted to be able to take our students for a visit to a local sixth form this week, and got to use our minibus for the very first time too!
Fourteen Aureus students visited Larkmead Sixth Form; a trip designed to broaden students' horizons and offer a unique out of school experience.
Ms Saul, Assistant Headteacher for Personal Development said, “What an incredible experience. Not only was it our first trip out in our brand new minibus but our year 11 students got to see what 6th form life is like first hand. We were welcomed at Larkmead by the 6th form team, we visited their newly decorated 6th form centre, had a tour of the school and were treated to some lovely refreshments before having a talk by the Head of 6th form. Our students really enjoyed their visit and feel enthused about their next steps.”
