Our Future Politicians Take a Trip to Parliament
On Monday morning, a selection of our students were lucky enough to visit the Houses of Parliament and meet their local MP, David Johnston.
David Johnston is a British politician who has served as the member of parliament for Wantage since 2019 and he is a member of the Conservative Party.
Students toured the House of commons, the Great Hall and met and joined Mr Johnston for a question & answer session at the Education Centre.
It was a beautiful & sunny day in London. As well as visiting the Houses of Parliament, the students were able to take in a few of the well known sights of the 'Big Smoke', including the London Eye, which they sat across from and enjoyed their lunch in the sun.
